28 days agoExcellent stay. This hotel presents very well. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a lot of activity during my stay but you were insulated from the noise one inside your room. My particular room, 904, was great. The floor to ceiling window offered a great view. The cleaning staff that serviced my room was very nice and did a wonderful job. I spoke to them but didn’t catch their names. Shaunna at the front desk was wonderful to talk to. Also, Tori and Olivia who were working the bar did an outstanding job of taking care of me and my friends. 10/10 will stay here again.

29 days agoWe had a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites! We stayed here on Friday night on our way to Orlando, Florida, and again on Wednesday night on our way back to Maryland. Both stays were excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful with plenty of great options for the whole family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank-you to Maxwell for his excellent customer service and for making sure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated his help and professionalism. We had a great experience both times and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting the Charleston area!

about 1 month agoWow! What can I say that probably hasn't already been said. This will be my go to hotel for any stays in Charleston. This is what a hotel should be. Great location, shuttle service to the airport, train station, and nearby shopping.Clean rooms, great amenities, made to order breakfast ( awesome cooks), good food and portions from the onsite restaurant, evening reception, and the most helpful friendly staff around. Yes you do pay for parking but honestly it's worth the stay. We had an amazing stay and I look forward to the next visit. I'd like to say a special Thank You to Latisha ( I may have spelled her name wrong but it's pronounced Luh Tee Shuh) She was absolutely amazing. She helped us in a big way regarding an item that was left behind in the room. She truly did provide outstanding customer service. Thank you to her and to all the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

2 months agoThis is my first time staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The rooms are wonderful, the hot breakfast is out of this world, the happy hour is something that I have never seen before. The server we had all week we were here, Beth was fantastic. She recommend things to do and places to eat and was very attentive to us.

3 months agoTitle: Great service and clean room, but disappointed by the upcharge for allergy accessibility. I had a decent stay overall at this Embassy Suites location. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and my check-in process went smoothly (I paid the additional $45 for early check-in, which was handled perfectly). My room was clean, and I was very pleased with the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job promptly exchanging my towels when needed. However, I want to bring up a frustrating policy regarding room options. As someone who manages asthma and allergies, I was looking for an allergy-free room option during my initial booking but didn’t see one available. Two days later, I received an email offer to upgrade my stay. While I opted for the early check-in, the "Pure Wellness" room upgrade was going to cost an additional $50+ per night. Adding that on top of my base room rate and the early check-in fee simply wasn't financially feasible for me. It feels like guests with chronic respiratory conditions and allergies are being penalized financially just to access a room environment that is safe for their health. Health accessibility shouldn't be hidden behind a steep premium upgrade fee. I highly commend the on-site staff and cleanliness, but I hope management re-evaluates how they price wellness and allergy-free accommodations for guests who genuinely need them.
