DO NOT Leave anything in the rooms! You will NEVER see it again. I left a $300 pair of boots in my room. Called the next day, left messages with multiple people. No response. After my 5th call was told they couldn't locate my boots. Asked to leave message with hotel manager to call, never heard back. I know exactly where I left my boots in the room. Likely tossed.

Hotel was located good for us to drive downtown. The little lady who provided the morning breakfast was awesome. Prices were way too high for such a spartan room. No safety bars in the bathroom or dresser drawers. Only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed. TV was very limited. Room service was non existent. Valet parking is not a good fit for a hotel like this. I will continue to use Fair Field hotels, just not this one.

I came along with my husband and his business partner for a work trip. My husband and I went to the desk super early this morning for help with getting his car the woman at the desk was super sweet!!! Thank you Avionnia!! Avionnia went beyond measures to make sure we received our vehicle we were upset because we had requested our car over 20 minutes ago and we were in a hurry and the valet guy was no where to be found and Avionnia was able to help us and help us calm our nerves as well lol breakfast was great! The rooms were clean!!! Valet was super rude !

Stayed here because we needed close access to MUSC. Front desk were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and complimentary coffee available all day in the coffe nook. Decorated nicely in the lobby. Perfect for our needs.

Great weekend visit. The staff were all nice & friendly…Room was clean and quiet. Shout out to Amber at the front desk and especially Lavette and Antoinette who kept the breakfast service area stocked and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our experience even more comfortable. A special thank you to Katie at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every single time we walked in. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out. The valet parking was also very convenient and made everything so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

I wish that the Marriott app did not advertise this as a new property. They purchased an old hotel and quickly did some renovations, but it doesn’t smell or look like a new property, but rather a hastily flipped and dated hotel. Also, they forced you to valet, despite ample parking behind the hotel. This is not a four-star property, so why force people into paying for an amenity that this style of traveler does not want? I suppose this is a good location if you are someone you know are getting a procedure done across the street, but this is a really bad location for any other type of tourism. Not much within walking distance and limited public transit. Marriott should have built a hotel somewhere else instead of buying this antiquated property.

Overall everything is 10000/10!!! My friends and I were downstairs in the lobby trying to figure out bars to hop around to lol the front desk woman Avienna was sooooo amazing! Her attitude was soo pleasant and welcoming!!!! Such a sweetheart! She also took the time and wrote us a list of cool things to do while we are here? thank you Avienna!!!

Great service, nice staff. Everyone was very polite including other guests. Clean rooms. Towels were replenished during each day of stay. Complimentary continental-style breakfast in the AM. The only questionable trait was the inclusion of non-optional valet parking for every guest. Overall, great experience. Location is walkable as well, near hospital.
