Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. During the course of our weekend stay the entire staff we met were exceptionally friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained through out. The only complaint we had was the pool, it was not heated! The fact that the pool was not heated was a minor problem and would only effect those with young children or elderly on blood thinners so I feel this should be mentioned at least. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel and others like it again in the future. We booked a king suite had a very clean room, large shower, sofa, desk and even a refrigerator, small cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway!

Cleanest hotel I have every stayed at! Room was nice and fully stocked with everything you need. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Customer service was amazing as well! Do not continue your hotel search, you have found what you need! Close to everything as well!

Everything about this hotel was absolutely great! The staff was friendly and Michelle at the front desk was not only professional but she was also highly patient and kind! The room was spacious and we had a full size fridge which was perfect for our trip. Hotel and room were both very clean and the lobby was beautiful and they even had the fireplace going as well. Definitely would stay here again!

I was so impressed with everything about my stay here. As a frequent traveler, I will be looking out for Stay ridges in the future. Rooms very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Linens, pillows, mattress, great quality. Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast! Great value too! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay! The front desk was pleasant and responsive. Close to attractions and amenities. Our room was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed so we didn't have to go out for every meal. The breakfast was wonderfully maintained. Thank you for the hard boiled eggs and fruit.

Spacious rooms with mini kitchen and entertainment center and pullout couch. Friendly staff and they show appreciation for the guest. Literally, this location has customer appreciation every week and provide free drinks and a place to connect with others socially. Going back December 31 2025 for new years 2026.

I stayed here for 21 nights and had a very disappointing experience. As an IHG member, late checkout is a standard benefit (subject to availability). The hotel was only about 40% occupied, yet they flatly refused my request. This felt like a complete disregard for loyal members. Breakfast options were extremely poor for vegetarians — almost the same limited spread every day, with no effort to add variety or accommodate. For a long stay, this was frustrating. Housekeeping was unreliable and often delayed. Getting the room cleaned or basic requests addressed always took follow-ups. The overall attitude and courtesy of staff was lacking. Instead of making a guest feel welcome, the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. For a three-week stay at a brand like Staybridge/IHG, I expected much better. Sadly, the hotel failed on consistency, service, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend this property, especially for long stays.

Nice hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. They are a little dated now. Facilities are also nice, good gym and BBQ area. The pool is quite small and located on the side of the hotel which is quite shady. Breakfast was nice although felt quite limited in comparison to some other Hilton suite hotels we had stayed in. Having the staff hanging around by the tea and coffee machine staring was a little off putting. However, for what we needed it was great. Space and location were spot on.

Great visit for the first time at this hotel. Enjoyed having the kitchen available and a separate bedroom. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of healthy options. The Mon-Wed happy was a fun way to unwind. Location was excellent. Beaches were close and Charleston right over the bridge in a few minutes. I will say I was nervous that the traffic would be loud but the rooms were nearly soundproof. Edit: every staff person was extremely helpful and nice.

We stated for 3 nights over 4th of July, and the hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast was actually really good each morning and had extended hours which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the laundry facilities were well maintained. The location was very convenient to both patriots point and downtown but that actually created a drawback as well- traffic noise was pretty noticeable from our room which faced the highway. We travel with a white noise machine so it wasn’t a big deal for us but I could see it being a problem for infrequent travelers.
