I was very please with everything. The people at the front desk were helpful & friendly. I had a single large room with a king size bed. The shower was a walk in large one with fabulous water power! I would definitely stzy here again. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming; delightful! I have found that the rooms at Holiday Inn Express hotels are always clean, which really matters to me. The beds were comfortable and our room was spacious with a small kitchenette (sink and cupboards). Holiday Inn Express did a great job adding the coffee machines with fresh ground and brewed coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. The one thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels across the country and typically the breakfast is great. But this hotel was consistently out of food. We were there for four days and they were out of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, English muffins, and bananas on most days; and their signature cinnamon rolls were only offered one day of the four, and my husband I had to share one because that was all that they had left. If breakfast is offered from 6 to 9, then there should be plenty of food for all guests from 6-9. And it wasn’t even a matter of timing; my husband I were up early and leaving the hotel by 7 and still they didn’t have hard boiled eggs, yogurt, or cinnamon rolls. The breakfast staff were lovely people, though.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons we chose it was the advertised “excellent breakfast” and especially the famous cinnamon rolls. Traveling with kids, breakfast was an important factor for us. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. There was almost nothing available: no cinnamon rolls, no omelet, no boiled eggs, no bagels — just empty shelves. The staff simply apologized and said they had changed vendors and couldn’t do anything about it. No alternative or solution was offered. This is unacceptable, especially when such amenities are actively advertised. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express! The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room and beds were super comfortable. The highlight of the stay were the cinnamon rolls at breakfast! Don't skip the cinnamon rolls! Surprisingly yummy. The only thing we thought could use improvement was the cleanliness of the common areas (around and inside the elevators, etc.). It was not enough to deter us from staying again as the overall experience was very nice. Thanks Holiday Inn Express!

Overall, I had a good experience at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. The only issues I noticed were that the couch in my room had several visible stains, and the carpet didn’t appear to be vacuumed during cleaning. Aside from those housekeeping details, everything else went well, and I enjoyed my stay. With a bit more attention to room cleanliness, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Traveling for work can be a hassle but the holiday inn express & suites always makes us feel welcome. They have a very courteous and welcoming assistant at the front. The check in is always easy and fast especially after being on the road for so long I just want to get in my room. Everything was good the only reason for the 4 star is because my room AC had a smell like mildew or wet carpet, I was able to spray some air freshener but I had to spray it a lot in the process of the night. Other than that I had a decent stay.

This is an excellent stay. Beds are comfy pillows are a pleny four on my bed . The front desk was extremely kind and efficient. The breakfast had a little bit of everything. Coffee fresh ground . Nice lemon water available all day. Highly recommend this hotel close to everything. The words that used to describe the hotel. They can be any of the words, but for me it is A family trip with my sister but if my hubby was here it would be romantic!

I’ve stayed at countless Holiday Inn Express (HIE) between US and Mexico, and this particular location in Mt. Pleasant was probably the best. It’s larger than other locations, pristine and with friendly, welcoming staff. We liked it so much that we ended up staying there 3 nights. Excellent breakfast served, where it was nice chatting with one of the friendly HIE staff members Annette, who asked how our stay was. Excellent location near city center, clean facilities, wonderful staff, all at a good rate. What more could you want?

The friendly staff and the fresh scent of cleanliness all around was very welcoming. The rate was very reasonable at this time of the year and to be offered a hot breakfast on top of it was a bonus. A shout out to Annette and breakfast crew for the good selection of breakfast. The hot meals were delicious! Other than the noisy automatic exhaust fan in the washroom I highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience we had in staying at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room with two queen size beds were very clean and so comfortable to sleep in. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! Especial mention to the kitchen crew. The Continental breakfast was excellent! Annette was absolutely wonderful! Each day, they served a variety of selections on the hot buffet side. They offered a great array of muffins, bagels, grits, oatmeal, juices, fresh brewed coffees, to mention a few. Highly recommended! You won't regret it! ?????
