I’ve enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn so far! I was greeted with free water and cookies! Free and ample parking. The facility is clean. The rooms are spacious. I asked for room service, and my room was very well made!! I enjoyed the pool and it changes different colours during the night. Buffet breakfast was delicious! However, the late night snack aisle - I wish it had more of a variety. Otherwise, I would stay here again!

I want to say how amazing the staff are here. My friends and I were treated with the best hospitality and the General Manager Sean is a great guy! Everyone here was super helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. We came here for a week for vacation from a different state and this place felt so amazing. We enjoyed every day here and I would love to come here again in the future. I would love to tell my other friends and family about this hotel! House keeping was amazing and very sweet! And overall everyone here was super wonderful and I feel that we all have appreciated the guidance here since this was a new experience for most of us! Thank you again for this memorable experience. The stay here really meant a lot to me!! ??

This was not great - room was musty, not nice, and the AC was not on in the room in JUNE. It smelled like super strong cleaning chemicals. It was gross in there. The lady at the front was quite rude as I asked what room # and she snapped at me to look at the form she gave me. Whole time, she never gave it to me! Anyway, I do appreciate that they allowed us to cancel our stay after being dissatisfied with the room.

Establishment limited on available tv that can be watched. Not able to download mlb to watch a specific game. Not able to screen cast/mirror my phone to tv to watch the game. Guest services was zero help as I was given the oh well attitude. Shower water was always hot. Beds were stiff. Walls seem to be well insulated and breakfast food was not terrible. Not the best stay as a Hilton member.

We love this hotel. We’ve stayed every time we visit Charleston. It’s one of the cleanest and well kept Hilton properties we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot!!! Service is exceptional and the pool is wonderful! We will most definitely be back!!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Charleston / Mt. Pleasant Patriots Point and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations and directions around the area. The location is excellent — just minutes from Patriots Point, downtown Charleston, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient while still being in a quiet and comfortable setting. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great variety of fresh options and was well stocked throughout breakfast hours. The amenities, including the pool and common areas, were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and family friendly. Parking was easy, and check-in/check-out was quick and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant area. Great value, excellent service, and a perfect location!

This was a great location within 10-15 minutes of good eats, downtown Charleston, and tons of historical places. The whole hotel was very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good and had a little variety every morning. Location was tucked away and didn’t feel like it was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a great hotel based on its location and its management. We just stayed three nights over Spring Break and we received a call from the Assistant Manager prior to arrival asking if we were still coming. She continued to check in with us by text. The location is very convenient for downtown – less than 15 minutes away, in a quiet tree lined area. Looking at the map, you would not get that impression. It is also 15 minutes away from the beach on Isle of Palms. After checking out and coming home we discovered we had left an item of value in the room. The hotel, not only found the item, (the housekeeping staff had turned it into management), but Fedexed it to us, all in a couple of days without a fuss and very efficiently. Everything was clean and fresh.

Stayed here while visiting Charleston and it was a great alternative to the high prices downtown. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, which really stood out. Breakfast was excellent with a solid variety of options. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Had an absolutely perfect stay here in November, 2025. The manager Sean was stupendous in helping me when my travel plans changed. I am deeply appreciative of his efforts. Everything about my stay here was great. Will definitely stay here again, when I return to the area.
