Well maintained facility with a well lit parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had lots of options and the coffee was always hot 24/7. The staff was absolutely top notch! Definitely recommend this hotel!

I spent extra money on a medical accessibility room with an accessibility tub for my elderly mother who has mobility issues. The "mobility" tub was a regular bathtub with a damaged/crooked bench seat in the back. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The first set of door key cards did not work so we had to go back to the front desk to get another set of key cards. The room was not clean and had a musty moldy smell. There were stains on the bed.The complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. The AC unit control panel was damaged and the outside of dialing the front desk the room phone did not work at all. After several failed attempts to dial out from the room phone my mother called the front desk and asked for assistance( she was alone in the room at the time and does not have a cell phone). The front desk person was very rude to my mother, told her the problem must be with the number that she was dialing and then hung up on her. After returning to the room and finding my mother distraught. I checked the phones and determined that the issue was with the landline in the room. This was later confirmed by members of the hotel staff. I made 3 requests to have the shampoo and conditioner bottles filled and to have additional pillows delivered to the room the first day. After 5 hours of waiting on the pillows and shampoo/conditioner, I went to the front desk and inquired about the whereabouts of our requested items. I was told by the front desk staff that they just recently ran out of pillows and they also couldn't give me shampoo and conditioner because the house keeping staff had left for the evening. It literally took 2 days and 5 separate requests to receive two extra pillows and some shampoo and conditioner. This was a terrible experience and the way my elderly, disabled mother was treated by the staff at this hotel was unacceptable and infuriating.

The room was spacious with a great view and it had a microwave, a mini fridge, ironing board with a iron and the bed spacious with a nice bathroom and it also came with free shampoo, conditioner and lotion it was a great experience.

Fantastic hotel! Clean, spacious rooms and great breakfast. Beautiful traditional decor. About 20 mins from downtown. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charleston area!

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Goose Creek and had a mixed but overall decent experience. At check in, I specifically asked for a top floor room because I am a light sleeper and with my luck there always seems to be someone making noise above me. I was told that the room I was assigned was as high up as available, which I appreciated at the time. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised by how large it was. It truly felt more like a suite than a standard room. Traveling alone, I almost did not know what to do with all the extra space. The room itself is a bit outdated and shows visible wear and tear, but the size was impressive. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The fitted sheet on the bed had noticeable holes in it. That is something housekeeping should catch before a guest checks in. The first night was wonderful and I slept great. However, on the second evening, a family moved into the room above me and began making significant noise around 9 PM. The noise continued until about midnight. Unfortunately, I ended up having to yell up at the ceiling just to get some quiet so I could sleep. After that, things finally settled down. I do wish the front desk had been more transparent about the room location, as avoiding exactly that situation was the reason I made the request in the first place. Overall, the room was spacious and the first night was restful, but there are some clear opportunities for improvement with room condition and noise management.

This is one of the best experiences I have had staying at a motel. All of the staff at the front desk have been so helpful and pleasant. We have been there on 2 different visits and both times service and staff were excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Very welcoming, clean room. Breakfast just so-so. Decent location for North Charleston and Goose Creek. I had to edit this review to add that they are super honest folks there! After I wrote this review, I discovered that I had left some very expensive jewelry back at the hotel. I called, and the manager (?) there, Rich, personally went up to the room I had stayed in two days previously (!), retrieved the jewelry for me, and placed it in a safe until my relative could pick it up! Now THAT'S service! Thank you SOOO much!

This was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were very welcoming. Let us check in early and gave suggestions for activities and food close by. Room was clean. Never heard other guests or outside noise. Breakfast was good. Very impressed

Pretty solid Hampton experience. Rooms were clean. Lobby has a nice updated look. Staff was very pleasant. Only drawbacks we're that the bacon was incinerated, and the Tesla chargers did not work.

The hotel is older but the rooms are clean. We had a suite and was in town for 3-4 days. Being that the weekend was rained out we spent a lot time in our room. The beds are Super Comfortable! We got some really needed rest. The staff is friendly. Special shout to Tierra for having consistent customer service and providing a smooth check-in process.
