Fantastic hotel! Clean, spacious rooms and great breakfast. Beautiful traditional decor. About 20 mins from downtown. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charleston area!

This is one of the best experiences I have had staying at a motel. All of the staff at the front desk have been so helpful and pleasant. We have been there on 2 different visits and both times service and staff were excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Very welcoming, clean room. Breakfast just so-so. Decent location for North Charleston and Goose Creek. I had to edit this review to add that they are super honest folks there! After I wrote this review, I discovered that I had left some very expensive jewelry back at the hotel. I called, and the manager (?) there, Rich, personally went up to the room I had stayed in two days previously (!), retrieved the jewelry for me, and placed it in a safe until my relative could pick it up! Now THAT'S service! Thank you SOOO much!

This was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were very welcoming. Let us check in early and gave suggestions for activities and food close by. Room was clean. Never heard other guests or outside noise. Breakfast was good. Very impressed

Pretty solid Hampton experience. Rooms were clean. Lobby has a nice updated look. Staff was very pleasant. Only drawbacks we're that the bacon was incinerated, and the Tesla chargers did not work.

The hotel is older but the rooms are clean. We had a suite and was in town for 3-4 days. Being that the weekend was rained out we spent a lot time in our room. The beds are Super Comfortable! We got some really needed rest. The staff is friendly. Special shout to Tierra for having consistent customer service and providing a smooth check-in process.

Let me tell you this place was absolutely amazing. The staff was second to none. Our home wasn’t ready so we had to stay here for almost three weeks, they treated us like family, the accommodates everything we asked for. They even gave my two small kids treats, using their own money. We got to know everyone by first name and they always took time to make sure we were ok, asking there was anything we needed, and really took the time to make our extended stay an great experience. I can say whether you have a short stay or an extended stay, this place is a great place to choose. The breakfast was great everyday, the cleanliness and dedication from the staff was amazing. From my family to everyone we encountered during our stay, we want to say thank you. You helped us get through a very difficult time in our lives and made a negative situation become a very positive outlook. We will miss you all, and can’t wait to come visit and see you all again. Thanks for becoming part of our family!

This was my first trip to North Charleston, but the location seemed to be convenient to most things. The North Charleston Coliseum is about 15 minutes via the interstate. The room showed some wear but everything was in great working order. The bed was great, the shower was clean and the a/c was cold. I spent 3 nights here and found it to be very peaceful. Everything involving the hotel on this trip was flawless. Also, the Hilton digital key lets you lock your room door using your phone. I hadn't tried this before but found it to be quite convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice lobby, staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was great!Room had only the most basic furniture, no comfortable chairs, not an appealing room and it could have been cleaner, bathroom needs all the tile and base deep scrubbed. Biggest problem however is the moisture. All the halls and our room had uncomfortably high humidity, made it hard to sleep and everything felt and smelled of mildew. Not great for my allergies and generally very uncomfortable night.
