Amazing service and extras built into the room price. Room and house are cute and historical. Lovely green enclosed patio. Nice balcony to sit out on, overlooking the courtyard. Complimentary charcuterie and wine, and later bubbly and desert. Massive and good quality included (and delivered to us on the balcony) breakfast! Bella was super chill, very helpful, and friendly! Ethan was above and beyond helpful with getting us parked properly (and early), and checked in early too. We left our luggage upon arrival in the morning, and came back to an early checkin after lunch, to find our luggage already delivered to our room. In summary, we experienced many surprises related to our stay, and all of them were positive/good! Thank you Indigo Hotel and Jasmine house staff!

My stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The hosts (Joyce) were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved the charming touches that made the experience feel personal and relaxing. This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a memorable experience!

We stayed in the heart of Charleston at this lovely place. Rooms were a good size, and beds were very comfortable. We were amazed at the amenities. Breakfast delivered to our room daily, happy hour with wine and cheese, and macaron under glass for an after dinner treat. We were able to walk to all the best restaurants and shopping from this location. Charleston is an amazing place, and this site helped to make it even better.

We had such a great stay at the Jasmine House. Location is ideal for exploring all of the French Quarter area on foot. Everything is walking distance from the City Market to the parks and fountains to all the great restaurants, bars and cafes. We opted not to rent a car and never would have had use for one. This is a classic bed and breakfast that maintains that vintage charm but has been updated in the important areas like Bathrooms and showers which was so nice and clean. Our room was gorgeous and spacious and quiet and so tastefully decorated with beautiful wall paper and vintage furniture. The king size bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The service was top notch from check in to check out. Loved the amenities. The charcuterie board was lovely and they were generous with wine and food. The breakfast was also great. We will definitely be back and in the mean time I highly recommend.

We stayed at the Jasmine House for a long weekend during the Charleston Heritage Festival, and it was a tremendous experience all around. The location is near the heart of the city, and everything of interest was well within walking distance. The rooms were well-appointed and in great condition - even with older armoires serving as closets. Do not plan on working in the rooms, since this is not a business hotel. There are limited outlets and seating since the rooms are for relaxing and reading. The breakfast options were tremendous, and it was always difficult to choose the night before putting our selection on the card hanging outside our door. We greatly appreciated having the breakfast delivered to our rooms, which gave us that additional time to plan our day and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The reason for the tray tables became apparent our first morning. The check in at the Indigo was a little difficult to explain to the Uber driver, but that was a minimal issue. Once we checked in, we did not worry about anything until after we checked out. The complimentary amenities like the charcuterie and desserts were a great option to prepare for going back out to walk around. Definitely worth returning to Charleston to stay at The Jasmine House!

We adored our stay at the Jasmine House. Our room was giant & beautifully decorated, probably the nicest hotel/B&B room we've ever stayed in. We enjoyed our breakfast in bed, the evening snacks/drinks, and the complimentary Charleston specialty treats provided in the room. Plus, the staff members we spoke with were exceptionally nice.

We decided on a whim to come explore Charleston to get a much needed break from the grind of work and caregiving — and this place more than exceeded our expectations!! This was a splurge for us and we are so grateful we did! This hotel’s reception, nightcap service, and breakfast were exceptional! The staff service was 5 STAR ?????????? We were so grateful for Nikki because she was so warm, hospitable, and made us feel like we were home! She was the one that showed us the room and made it clear that we should get a room here for our one night stay in Charleston - and we have no regrets!! :) Robert provided the best tips on where to eat and we are so grateful bc the recommendations were perfect! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much! PS- For Catholics traveling to Charleston * The Jasmine House is a 3 minute walk to a Catholic Church. Very convenient!

Fantastic bed and breakfast. It has a classic Charleston charm with an updated bathroom. Breakfast is served in bed with lots of hors, d'oeuvres and drinks offered in the kitchen throughout the day.
