Ale was great and enhanced our experience. This place was amazing location. Steps from the beach, had its own outside shower, and parking was great. We had an oceanfront room and it was great for us (toddler with us) she loved seeing the bunnies in the maritime forest, but I always had a view of the waves and could hear the waves. Near great food places. Breakfast was great- pancake bar, bagels, boiled eggs and cereal. The room was clean and a large room (2 double beds). I want to book for next year but they are only booking through January.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. We asked for a partial view (all they had left). We booked 2 months ago. We got there late Sunday. We opened the curtain and there was a restaurant patio smack in front of our patio. Partial ocean view was A FAlSE advertisement. They said contact manager in the morning. We got moved upstairs one floor to a better view at 6:30 am because the rooms would book. Then #1 fridge did not work, door to patio handle broken. The air fluctuated from humidifier to air. The bathroom fan did not work, the water pressure in sink was a slow stream. When we booked the advertised balcony room was falsehood. We called Expedia to help us get partial refund. First rep was hung up on. Today Expedia tried to reach out again, the manager was rude and said just give us $50. What a slap in the face. WARNING do Not stay here. The rooms DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE ADVERTISED PARTIAL VIEW. Again , we got a patio restaurant in our face. Horrible management, lies on advertising to a different picture, hangs up on you, rude to Expedia who tried to negotiate. Stayed Sun May 17-21, 2026.Stay away!!!

My husband and I booked an interior room and I would not recommend it. Check-in is at 4pm, any minute sooner is $100 charge. The room was not clean. We even did house cleaning and they made the bed, but failed to clean the floors or wipe the sink/bathroom counter. The bed/pillows are not comfortable. The AC barely works and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything! There is no proper security in the hotel (and I’m not asking for security staff or a door man but you can just walk in and wander the hotel), the hotel room doors don’t close fully behind you. And in order to open the door for your room, you use your key card and jiggle the handle up. Not to mention the staff is not friendly, they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk into the lobby. The ONLY good thing about this place, is the location. The price you pay is not worth it.

I have never written a poor review but considering I paid $1300 for a TWO night stay with partial ocean view I feel compelled to share my experience. I will preface this with saying, shame on me for not reading more of the reviews. Location is excellent. Right on the beach. Walking distance to food. As others have mentioned parking onsite is EXTREMELY tight. If you have a larger suv forget it. Oh and you have to pay for parking when booking your reservation. Cleanliness…yikes. I saw the elevator and said “heck no”. The stairwell has seen better days. I get it’s a beach hotel but appearance matters- even in a stairwell! Mind you we still have not entered the lobby or our room and I’m already thinking, “What did I book?! Should I just take the loss and go elsewhere?” Lobby. Eh. I knew right away we would not be eating breakfast there. Our room at first glance seemed clean. Until we settled in and saw the walls were dirty. The chairs had seen better days (peeling faux leather) and the shower curtain was not only worn looking but had stains. ? For $1300 for 2 nights the hotel should be SPOTLESS. Heck the hotel should be spotless regardless of cost. Also the walls are PAPER THIN. When I say we heard everything from our next door neighbors I mean everything. (Be mindful if staying there with your family.) Our room was also next to the ice maker which was incredibly loud. Since the hallways are open air the doors to the rooms slam shut which is incredibly annoying late at night or early morning. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The room itself was clean and nice enough, though not for $400 per night. The housekeeping staff refreshed the room very well. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Parking is rough in the onsite garage; they also offer free parking in the municipal lot A. I would advise starting with that lot; there seemed to be a high risk of your car being hit in the garage. Beach access was fantastic. The pool left much to be desired. It is very small, not heated, and sort of walled off on a corner of the building. As others have noted, the breakfast wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad either, but it really only sufficed. The problem we ran into was the lack of sound proofing on the rooms. Our room adjoined another and it was as if there were no doors. We could hear every word the couple beside us spoke/yelled. We had to call the front desk at 1:30am to ask them to quiet down. To the hotel’s credit, they did call- which we could hear through the walls. Following this, the couple chose to make lewd noises, but we were assured they were leaving the next day. After they checked out, I asked to be moved to a different room that didn’t have an adjoining one. I was assured that no one was checking into the room and the manager put a note on the room. We were not moved. That night, a family with small children checked into the room and we had the pleasure of hearing them scream on and off all night. Additionally, the hallways echo and the doors slam very loudly due to the way their hinges are set, I’m guessing. Either way, this isn’t a place to stay if you anticipate sleeping through the night. I believe this hotel could be a really great experience if they invested in some sound proofing.

Lock the door and it pushes open so you can get a screwdriver or a credit card in to open it. Room was clean, balcony available if you could open the door. Breakfast very minimal. Area is good for walking and dinghy’s was a nice surprise. We had an oceanfront room

Nice place, ho ever I feel it's a bit over peuves for what you get. We paid $200 more to have a sud view of the ocean. We had to stand on this small patio not meant for 2 ppl to view. Below is an outdoor diner in which I was afraid the whole time we were out there that my drink was going to fall off the table and hit someone below. The hotel does not have a washer and dryer as well. Not much of a hot breakfast variety either. For the price I think they can do better. Just pancakes. All othe food is good. Be sides the oatmeal.

All staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast is perfect. Cookies, coffee, and hot cocoa are available all day. The beach is just steps away... I would stay here again :)

Great Views, Clean Rooms, but Some Noise from Nearby Bar This hotel is located right on the water, and we opted for a room with the private balcony with beautiful oceanfront views. The property was very clean and well-kept. Parking is somewhat limited — there are a few spots under the hotel, but additional parking is available across the street behind a strip mall. There’s also a convenient loading/unloading spot right at the entrance. Breakfast is minimal, with prepackaged items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and bagels. We stayed in room 224 after the busy season when the weather was colder. The view was excellent, but the room is located next to a rooftop bar next door, so you can hear some noise when people are outside. The room came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few other personal items, which was a nice touch. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with unbeatable views—just be prepared for some occasional noise from the neighboring bar.

I booked a double queen for one night. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Everything I needed was available. I was impressed with the proximity to the beach and to The Windjammer (I was in town for a show). The closeness made it super easy to take a quick walk to the water, come back to the room, and leave again. I loved having a continental breakfast option, too. I would definitely stay again.
