Holiday Inn Express, more like Covence Store Express. The cleaning staff casually cussed in front me and straight up refused to "clean duvets because they didn't feel like it." I went to ask for more body wash because the wall system was out. When I returned, they left a bottle on the bathroom sink and didn't bother to replace the old one. They also had a dirty well used bath mat rolled up and placed on the side of the tub like I was to reuse it. The bathroom faucets all had water residue caked in to the handle. Sanitation department should investigate this place.

Horrible first impression of CHS. I mean, this was a cheap hotel option but I still way over-paid. Do yourself a favor and go across the street! Staff - C’mon… it was 4 PM and home girl was really rude and unwelcoming. Noise - VERY loud. I was woken up every hour by the noise in the hallways and janitorial closet. Room - yuck. Random hairs, micro filth. The furniture looks like it was bought from a local rage room. WiFi - Connected, just doesn’t work. I work remotely so that sucked. Location - Fantastic. Close to everything.

Mr. Lawrence Is An Incredible General Manager! He went above and Beyond to Accommodate me and my team! Extremely Professional, and Very kind! The rooms Are Renovated, Beds Comfortable and Up to Date! I Highly Recommend A Stay Here We Stayed Several Nights! Heather was very Helpful and Always tried to Help me whenever I asked for something. Thank you Guys for doing Such a wonderful Job the whole Staff! Great Hotel!

I recently stayed here for a night for kid's soccer tournament. Overall it's a decent hotel. Beds were comfortable, AC was working as expected,bathroom was clean & equipped.Overall room was satisfactory. Breakfast area was clean & had decent breakfast. Front desk staff was courteous & helpful. I will request management to keep drinking water available in common/breakfast area. It was not comfortable to get drinking water from the gym.

This hotel is a simple, but clean hotel. It is also in a convenient location. The rooms were adequate, but some aspects showed wear. The good: Very clean rooms, great pillows, fridge in room..nice desk. EXCELLENT shower. very nice staff. Great location and felt safe. Great free breakfast...and clean eating area. The not-so-good: Our a/c worked only just enough to keep the room moderately cool, ironing board was broke, the bed was borderline awful. The rooms were very small. Fridge barely kept things cool. Elevator was a bit scary. Hardly any working outlets in the room...lighting f in room wasn't the greatest. This place was ok, and I'd stay here again, I'd just make sure I'd switch rooms if things didn't work. Tip: ask for a room at end of the hall by emergency exit... very quiet.

Front desk was wonderful. Gave us all the information we needed on restaurants in the area. Extremely helpful in assisting us with our points. Rooms are very clean. Love the freshly brewed coffee 24/7 . The breakfast is always nice and hot.

This hotel was pretty gross. Just look at the pictures. The rooms were musty and the bathroom smelled even worse. The hallways smelled off, too. I used a hand sanitizer wipe to wipe down the TV remote, door handles, the shelf next to the bed, and the shelf where you can put your suitcase. It was pretty dirty! I wore my flip flops around my room and in the shower. A deep clean is very much needed. It was bad enough for me to ask to go to a different hotel. So glad I did! I will not be going back. So happy with my decision to leave. The only good thing is that it was pretty close to where I am working for the few days I am here.

The elevators were broken during our stay. We did not receive any notice prior to checking in to alert us of this info. The shower in our room did not function properly. The mini fridge was also not cold and couldn’t be adjusted. This is labeled as a 100% non-smoking property and it reeked outside our room from other guests. Lastly, the outlets in our room were loose and did not charge our phones. The free parking was a bonus and the complimentary breakfast had plenty decent options. Would not recommend this hotel.

Usually I can look past little hiccups here and there, however, my stay did not meet expectations based on their great ratings. Front desk had zero hospitality. I experienced horrible allergies while staying there. Room could use a dehumidifier and deep clean. Pillows smelled like bug spray. Towels had dirt stains on them. Elevator malfunctioned throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

We had a lovely stay here. Very welcoming reception, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast and convenient location. Would definitely stay again!
