Our entire family was threatened to be kicked out over one member (6 adults + few kids) setting a rock in the side door that was right next to our room while half of our group was loading their car to leave because the key access did not work for any room keys and they were going in and out packing, and not wanting to walk through the entire building (obviously it wasn’t working for multiple guests because the rock was left there by someone else). The banging on the room door and the nasty attitude wasn’t necessary, and maybe if the door worked as it should be guests wouldn’t be trying to prop the door open. Otherwise, the room was nice no complaints there.

I've been coming to this Staybridge for a few years now and every time I come back, my experiences get better and better with every visit. From the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, to the great selection of breakfast in the morning and the food on Social nights (Karaoke nights are great btw). Rooms, bathrooms and kitchens are beyond comfortable and clean with everything at your heart's content. Complete with a strong staff that go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. After staying at several hotel brands throughout the Charleston and Summerville area over the years, I can confidently say this property has become our absolute favorite and our official go-to whenever we visit. From the moment you walk in, everything feels elegant, sophisticated, warm, and inviting. The decor is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every detail throughout the hotel feels intentional and well thought out. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Assistance was always prompt, and it was obvious that the team takes pride in creating a great guest experience. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we always do a full “room sweep” when checking into hotels. I can honestly say this room was immaculate. Not a crumb, not a hair, not a single thing out of place. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and felt very homey while still maintaining an upscale feel. The bed was amazing, the lighting was perfect, and I especially loved the beauty products provided in the room. Another huge highlight was how quiet and relaxing the hotel was. Even though the property was very busy, we heard virtually no noise during our stay, which made it incredibly restful. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding. Unlike many hotels that offer minimal grab-and-go items, this hotel provided a full, delicious breakfast with a wide assortment of fresh and thoughtfully prepared options. Everything was well-stocked, organized, and the kitchen staff stayed attentive to cleanliness and presentation the entire time. It honestly felt like a breakfast experience you would expect to pay extra for at a much more expensive hotel, yet it was included with the stay. This hotel truly delivers the best value in the Charleston area. Beautiful property, exceptional service, immaculate rooms, amazing breakfast, and a consistently comfortable experience every time we stay. We will absolutely continue coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. Every time we visit CHS, we have a home away from home.

Excellent service and very friendly staff, during my stay so far they made sure I was incredibly well cared for and the room is very nice and clean. Very convenient location with lots of stores and eateries all around within a mile and with Charleston only 15-20 mins away for those interested in the night life. Excellent experience so far.

This was my second time at this location and was still pleased! The team is amazing. My girls Mrs. Vanessa, Marvus, Jennifer, Kelly and my boys Brian and Mack!!!! They made accommodations for us for meals and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Karaoke was an added plus! Now the rooms and some other areas need some TLC and a upgrades! I'm not sure if there is a custodian on duty at all times, the elevator floor should stay clean. It was a spill left from check-in to checkout. Customer service isn't an issue here at all!!! I will return every time in in the area.

We were more than satisfied with our stay here. From the checkin process, with Trey, to the breakfast the next morning everything was great. The room was clean and the location is convenient to a lot.

Stayed here last night and honestly the place was so clean and such a beautiful hotel. Employees were great, very nice and attentive making sure we had everything we need. There was hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies at the front which we loved!

This is my place to stay when I visit. The front desk is always amazing, friendly and very professional. They make it a point of getting to know and making you feel welcomed. Ms. Carla is the absolute best. We just recently visited and she immediately greeted us with smile. She remembered our preferences and did her absolute best to ensure that we had the room that we requested. She went beyond and called up to the room to check to make sure everything was okay. She also reminded us of the social hour and encouraged us to attend. Upon checkout, the very nice woman who checked us out was also very pleasant and friendly, I am sorry that I did not get her name. The location is good; choice of places to eat and shop. The rooms are laid out really nicely. The only issue that I had and it was minor; the water pressure in the bathroom sink is very poor, barely coming out. We did not realize this unitl later on that evening. But other than that the stay went well.
