Excellent service and very friendly staff, during my stay so far they made sure I was incredibly well cared for and the room is very nice and clean. Very convenient location with lots of stores and eateries all around within a mile and with Charleston only 15-20 mins away for those interested in the night life. Excellent experience so far.

This was my second time at this location and was still pleased! The team is amazing. My girls Mrs. Vanessa, Marvus, Jennifer, Kelly and my boys Brian and Mack!!!! They made accommodations for us for meals and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Karaoke was an added plus! Now the rooms and some other areas need some TLC and a upgrades! I'm not sure if there is a custodian on duty at all times, the elevator floor should stay clean. It was a spill left from check-in to checkout. Customer service isn't an issue here at all!!! I will return every time in in the area.

We were more than satisfied with our stay here. From the checkin process, with Trey, to the breakfast the next morning everything was great. The room was clean and the location is convenient to a lot.

Stayed here last night and honestly the place was so clean and such a beautiful hotel. Employees were great, very nice and attentive making sure we had everything we need. There was hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies at the front which we loved!

This is my place to stay when I visit. The front desk is always amazing, friendly and very professional. They make it a point of getting to know and making you feel welcomed. Ms. Carla is the absolute best. We just recently visited and she immediately greeted us with smile. She remembered our preferences and did her absolute best to ensure that we had the room that we requested. She went beyond and called up to the room to check to make sure everything was okay. She also reminded us of the social hour and encouraged us to attend. Upon checkout, the very nice woman who checked us out was also very pleasant and friendly, I am sorry that I did not get her name. The location is good; choice of places to eat and shop. The rooms are laid out really nicely. The only issue that I had and it was minor; the water pressure in the bathroom sink is very poor, barely coming out. We did not realize this unitl later on that evening. But other than that the stay went well.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome—especially Earl Beck at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered (and I had plenty!). Earl was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient, helping me with everything I needed without hesitation. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was Earl’s kindness and professionalism that truly made my stay outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in helping guests. Because of his great service, I’ll definitely choose Staybridge Suites Summerville again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites Summerville and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were so clean and ready, the beds so comfy (like a perfect hotel bed), the breakfast was hot and very comforting, and the lobby area was perfect for my husband to work in. The real shining star was Vanessa at the front desk. From the moment we booked the room she was extremely helpful and accommodating and SO KIND!!! I just wanted to give her a hug! She went the extra mile for us with a request and we were so appreciative for the additional little help. She and her staff really make the hotel a wonderful stay. The cleaning staff were also so nice, and I was able to get ride shares easily into Charleston. 10/10 overall for everything!

This was a really nice stay, great staff at the front desk and the breakfast is really good as well - a very well-stocked yogurt & granola bar, waffles, hot eggs, bacon, and sausage, plus breads and cereals. My only complaint there is that the grits were too thin. The room was very comfortable, and a spent a good time on the couch reading. It was really nice to have a full fridge since I was traveling with some frozen items. Towels were just ok and toilet paper is like tissue. Otherwise, it was really nice, the king bed and pillows and sofa. I went out of my way to stay here, from my trip up 95, so it was a little out of the way for me. And I don't know how convenient it would be to Charleston, either. And while it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot from the highway here, to get to any food options is a snarled mess of traffic, so it's not the easiest to get around the immediate area. There is just about anything you could want nearby, however.
