My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway earlier in August and we thrilled with our stay. The best way I can describe the experience was to say there was that every aspect of the stay worked. The Concierge team was able to add a special soda to the in-room options for my wife so she could enjoy her favorite drink while we were there. Parking and check-in were effortless and that was ideal after dealing with some rush hour traffic on the way. Our room was immaculate yet comfortable and remarkably quiet. I'm not sure when we'll be able to visit Charleston again, but we hope to stay here again.

Our stay at the Wentworth Mansion was a magical experience. The staff treated us as royalty and made our anniversary celebration so special with the extra touch of a bottle of champagne awaiting us in our suite. Our suite was spacious, beautiful and well appointed (including fresh flowers!). The complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres was a perfect place to spend time with other guests. The full breakfast at the Circa 1886 was amazing and included! What a wonderful visit.

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have had to date. The rooms, the hotel, the staff, the grounds, the food at Circa 1886 all 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay so much we’re already planning another. We stayed on the 4th floor in one of the mansion room and it was phenomenal. Comfortable bed and room. Spacious with a sitting area and a desk to work. Bathroom was very nice a soaking tub and full bathroom. We loved the sun room and visiting with other guests. The staff was so wonderful to us 100% of the time. If you get an opportunity to stay at the Wentworth Mansion I highly recommend doing so. Great experience! ?

Thank you Bryan for your warm hospitality and excellent service during our stay in Charleston. From the seamless check in, with the assistance of Ryder, to the spotless suite, our stay on our 30th wedding anniversary was perfect! Tristian is a "ray" of sunshine and provided helpful tour and restaurant recommendations. Raelyn greeted us with a smile when exiting and re entering the mansion. I have to mention the daily helpful weather notes which kept us abreast of what to expect. The breakfast at the restaurant was always delicious and fresh. The daily special of blueberry pancakes and bacon as well as the shrimp and grits which by the way is complimentary with the stay, were divine! Wine and small plates were available daily mid day. Our suite was huge! Supplied with plush towels and everything that you would need including an iron, safe, mini refrigerator with free water and beverages. Each day our bed was made and at night was turned down. At the end our stay, we met another amazing staff member, Will. Again, a very special thank you to Bryan for going above and beyond making our anniversary and stay so much more than we expected!

Outstanding experience at the Wentworth Mansion. Beautiful architecture, extremely friendly and courteous staff, very good breakfast, peaceful and tranquil environment. Loved the living quarters. The food at Circa 1886 was fantastic. Felt treated as a Special Guest. Definitely, look forward to staying again in the future!!!

The historic Wentworth Mansion is truly like taking a step back in time. It’s not only gorgeous, but their hospitality and service is second to none. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne, but it didn’t stop there. The stay also includes an exclusive breakfast at Circa 1886 (complete with pastries & fruit on top of the entree you pick), & daily hors d’oeuvres with wine! It will be very hard to come visit Charleston & not stay here! 10/10!

We had a great stay here for our 1st wedding anniversary. Everything was excellent from the service to the room to the location. We definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thank you wentworth team for making our stay so memorable and special. We loved going out on the cupola in the evening after dinner.

Went away for the weekend and the stay was incredible. Even if you don't like historical buildings, this is a place to stay at least once in your lifetime. The rooms were nice and quiet. The service for everyone on staff was great. They were all super friendly and helpful. Their goal is to make your stay a happy one and it showed. The breakfast at Circa was phenomenal. I could eat their fresh pastries all day, everyday. The mansion is less than a 10 minute walk from King Street in a very quiet area. You can't go wrong with staying here.

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at the Wentworth. We had a wonderful time. Coffee and fresh pastries every morning. Wonderful made to order breakfast at the restaurant. Wonderful hors d’oeuvres and wine during social hour in the evening. The Wentworth is located just a 10 minute walk from everything we were looking for. Loved that the neighborhood was so quiet and safe. Every morning I walked to the wellness center to work out. I felt very safe the whole time. My daughter and I spent quite a bit of time in the garden outback. The view from the rooftop was incredible for both sunrises and sunsets. The staff absolutely went above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

Wentworth Mansion is an amazing place to stay when traveling to Charleston. You’re treated as royalty and you want for nothing. Staff, food, and the mansion are definitely a 5 star. If I could give a million stars I would. Already scheduled my trip there for August!
